The all-electric Formula E series resumes in August with six races in nine days at Berlin’s former Tempelhof airport.
The organization announced on Wednesday that the remaining season in the all-electric Formula E series will resume on 5-6 August with an opening double-header in the complex of the former Berlin-Tempelhof airport. The second race will be held on the weekend of 8-9 August, according to an FLA statement.
A third and final double-header held on 12-13 August to conclude the 2019-2020 season. Three double-headers will be contested on different configurations of the circuit to maintain the sporting interest.
German health authorities has released measures in the race to prevent the spread of coronavirus. The race will be launched with no spectators. Not more than 1,000 people is allowed to be on site.
